Applicant Profile Help Information
Thank you for your interest in ScottsMiracle-Gro! The following information is intended to assist applicants who are logging in for the first time and have questions or need assistance during the process.
Scotts transitioned to a new applicant tracking system at the beginning of 2015. Applicant profiles were migrated from the previous system to our new applicant tracking system. If you applied for a position prior to 2015 and receive a message that your email is unavailable, then your profile was migrated. To continue, click Forgot Password and enter your email as your username. You will receive a link to reset your password. Next, login with your new password and update your profile.
Tips for Completing Your Profile
Use the NEXT button to move through the application. Complete each step and follow your progress using the progress bar. Hit SUBMIT at the end of the application to submit your application to Scotts Miracle-Gro. If you click SAVE/RETURN LATER your application is not complete and you will need to return to the application at a later time to complete it.
Logging In to Your Account
Please review the following commonly asked questions about logging in:
- System lockout – If you incorrectly enter your username/password combination three times in a row you will be locked out of the system for an hour. This security lockout cannot be removed.
- Forgot Password – If you forgot your password, enter your current email address as your username and request a password reset. Instructions and a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you provided as your username. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- Email Not Available – If you applied for a position prior to 2015 and now are receiving a message saying your email is unavailable when you login, click Forgot Password and enter your email as your username. You will receive a link to reset your password and will then be able create your profile.
