Description
Kill pesky mosquitoes in your yard with Ortho® Home Defense® Backyard Mosquito & Bug Killer Ready-to-Spray. In addition to killing mosquitos that may transmit Zika Virus, Malaria, dengue fever, West Nile Virus, and more as listed, this pest control product also provides 3 month protection against ants, fleas, American dog ticks, and spiders (excluding black widow), and kills all listed insects. Use this odorless, non-staining formula on lawns, around your home perimeter, and on landscape plants including fruit trees and vegetables (review chart on the label for application directions). Apply when insects first appear. To use, attach your hose to the sprayer and turn on water. Spray lawns evenly, and spray applicable plants to wet leaves and branches, but not to the point of runoff. For perimeter treatment, spray the foundation to a height of 2 feet and also a 2-foot band around the house next to the foundation. People and pets may enter treated areas after spray has dried. One 32 fl. oz. bottle of Ortho® Home Defense® Backyard Mosquito & Bug Killer covers 5,300 sq. ft. for lawn treatment, 2,700 sq. ft. of plants, or 1,400 sq. ft. of home perimeter.
