Featured on Top 100 Most Reputable Companies List
For the second consecutive year, our company grabbed a coveted spot on Forbes magazine’s list of 100 most reputable companies in America. We moved up from last year’s rank of 88th to take the 59th spot, ahead of such names as The Coca-Cola Company, IBM and Google. This recognition is telling of the major strides our company continues to make.
“The findings of the Reputation Institute speak to the strength of our brands, the quality of our products, the caliber of our communications to all of our stakeholders and our commitment to the environment,” said Jim King, senior vice president and chief communications officer. “All our associates play an important role in protecting and preserving our place on this list of most reputable companies.”
The Forbes list is based on research conducted by The Reputation Institute, a leading global research and advisory firm for reputation. Their research measures seven key dimensions of reputation including: products and services, innovation, workplace, governance, citizenship, leadership and performance. This year’s reputation study notes that as the economy improved, so has the reputation of the major industry sectors – namely the Consumer, Retail, Information and Tech industries.
“Reputation matters more than ever before across all industries,” The Reputation Institute, said in a press release announcing the results earlier this week. “The most reputable companies have stronger brands driven by a deeper sense of purpose.”
