As a CPA with global public and private company experience, Mark is a hands-on financial leader who is operationally oriented and technically strong. Coupled with his extensive background in consumer products and manufacturing, he brings a unique and diverse perspective to financial strategy and planning.

Mark embraces new technologies and methods to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement as well address challenges. He also believes relationship building is a key to success that goes beyond financial acumen. This comes to life in his approach to being open, transparent and collaborative – not only with the internal teams but also with banks, auditors, service firms, insurers, vendors and shareholders.

Throughout his career, Mark has led finance teams and had a range of financial responsibilities in operational finance, strategy, budget development, monthly and quarterly financial statement activities and SEC filing requirements. He also has led financial diligence, integration and divestiture activities related to over many M&A deals.
