Foundation grants and partnerships
National Head Start Association
The GroMoreGood Garden Grants with the National Head Start Association provide garden kits, educational resources and garden training to Head Start programs to build more edible gardens for children and families. The initiative also supports the creation of green space projects-land that is partly or completely covered with grass, trees, shrubs, or other vegetation-as an option for children and the community to learn.
Grant awards vary from $2,500-$5,000 and help launch new garden projects or outdoor green space projects or supplement the needs of existing garden projects. In 2026, the initiative will award a total of $50,000.
Deadline: January 30, 2026
