Pesticides distributed in the United States are registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Government scientists require over 100 different tests and studies to ensure the product does not harm people or the environment when used according to the label. As part of this process, we submit efficacy data, formula information and product labels.

After federal approval, we seek approval from every state in which the product will be sold.
