If for any reason you, the end-user consumer, are not satisfied with the performance of your ScottsMiracle-Gro family product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we will happily refund the purchase price. As of August 1st, 2026, we are no longer able to issue refunds using checks. A refund will be provided in the form of virtual gift cards or digital cash options (Venmo, PayPal, Direct to Debit), at the consumer’s option.

The ScottsMiracle-Gro No-Quibble Money Back Guarantee™ is available for any product that bears the guarantee on its packaging. If your product is otherwise covered by a warranty provided by Scotts or one of its affiliates, that warranty will govern.
