Description
Scotts® Outdoor Cleaner plus OxiClean™ Concentrate is great for cleaning large outdoor areas. Perfect for cement, stone, wood, wood composite, brick, patio furniture, flower pots, siding, boat interiors and many more outdoor surfaces. The Fast Foaming Action of Scotts® Outdoor Cleaner Plus OxiClean™ lifts dirt and wipes out stains caused by moss, mold, mildew and algae. Plus, the bleach-free cleaner can be used around plants and grass and even in your power washer. All you have to do is apply, scrub and rinse! STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- This product can be applied with a bucket, tank sprayer or power washer. Determine the correct dilution rate based on the amount of dirt and/or stains you are cleaning. Apply cleaner onto surface. Let solution set for 5 to 10 minutes. Time will vary depending on the surface and amount of dirt and stains. If surface appears to be drying, re-wet as needed prior to scrubbing.
General Use
- For general cleaning and brightening, add 12 oz. (1.5 cups cleaner to 108 oz. (13.5 cups) of water. For heavily soild areas, add 32 oz. (4 cups) cleaner to 96 ox. (12 cups) of water. Apply solution to the surface to be cleaned.
- Let solution set for a few minutes. For best results, scrub as needed. Lightly rinse with water. If product dries, reactivate cleaner by scrubbing with a wet brush, or lightly spray with water. Expect foaming action to continue after rinsing. Residual foaming will naturally dissolve.
Power Washer Directions with Chemical Chamber
- Refer to your power washer manual for specific chemical use instructions. Fill chemical chamber with undiluted concentrate. With low pressure soap nozzle, apply cleaner until wet.
- Let solution set for a few minutes. Use high pressure nozzle to rinse surface. Foaming may continue after rinsing. Residual foaming will naturally dissolve. After cleaning, do not store cleaner in chemical chamber. Fill chemical chamber with water and flush using low pressure soap washer to prevent damage.
Power Washer Directions No Chemical Chamber
- Dilute concentrate according to directions for use. Apply cleaner solution directly to surface.
- Let solution set for a few minutes. Rinse area with high pressure nozzle. Foaming may continue after rinsing.
- Residual foaming will naturally dissolve.
Tank Sprayer Directions
- Pour diluted cleaner/dilute concentrate product in clean tank sprayer. Apply cleaner solution directly to surface to be cleaned.
- Let solution set for a few minutes. For best results, scrub as needed. Lightly rinse with water. If product dries, reactivate cleaner by scrubbing with a wet brush, or lightly spray with water. Expect foaming action to continue cleaning after rinsing. DO NOT STORE product in the tank sprayer and be sure to rinse sprayer out thoroughly after use.

Exactly What I Expected/Can't Find It Anywhere
I have used this product the last few years and love it. The detergent begins to work on contact, and if I leave it for 5 mins before rinsing with the pressure washer it removes molds and stains like hummingbird nectar and tobacco stains. The best thing of all is that it doesnt harm my plants that surround my decks. I Cannot find it anywhere this year. What's up with that? Please help me find this product.

Good Stuff - Did What I Wanted It To Do
I used the product on an out-building that has Hardie board, and on a nasty old wooden table and benches. Used with an electric pressure washer. It got the table and benches clean with two sessions. The siding took some scrubbing, but it worked nicely.

The BEST Outdoor Cleaner
I use Scotts Outdoor Cleaner to clean my patio stones and wooden fencing every spring. It does a thorough job of cleaning dirt, moss, and mildew. I like that it is plant friendly and has no harsh chemicals that can affect the environment. I live in Canada and am unable to find the product anywhere this year. There is nothing else on the market that equals it.

Cleans well and smells nice
We used this product when we power washed my dads park model home trailer. Nice and foaming, cleaned off chalking. Would be great for rv's as well. I later mixed some up in a bucket and scrubbed my garage floor. Happy with results.

worked great
Siding was very badly mildewed and moldy from an evergreen that was too close to the house. It looked terrible when we took the tree down. Used at the 1:1 concentration, the cleaner took it right off. A few areas needed a second applications, but the vinyl siding looks like new.

Amazing
We had 24 years of grime and algae on our north facing driveway. We used a manual sprayer to apply the product and a pressure washer on the next to lowest setting.It is a long three car driveway and it took us about six hours to complete the job, but worth it. We plan to seal the driveway. Wish there was something as safe to use as this Scott’s product!

Restored a filthy, neglected in-ground pool
This product is a godsend. I used it on my (empty) in-ground concrete pool. The pool had not been opened in 4 years and the cover had started to deteriorate, so the pool was filled with dirt and debris and (consequently black, opaque water). It looked like something out of a horror film. I drained the pool, diluted some Scotts and sprayed it on the disgusting, stained, algae-coated walls and floor, and started scrubbing.
I did use a pressure washer to get it off but I found that unless I used it full strength (which I had to do on some extra-stubborn stains), I had to scrub first with a brush because the concrete surface of this 1964-vintage pool is so porous and pitted and because the build-up of disgustingness was so heavy. But this product works like I could not believe. I mean, look at the pictures.
This was one of the worst, dirtiest, grossest jobs I have ever had to do, but thanks to Scotts I was able to clean this entire 35,000-gallon pool in a matter of days, without using bleach or ammonia or any other dangerous product. I was not bothered by any fumes and did not actually notice any (although I did use it outdoors, as directed). And it did not harm my clothes or skin (although I do recommend wearing gloves because peroxide can be very drying to skin).
I also like that it is very reasonably priced, especially compared to other more toxic cleaners, and I like that it is a concentrate so you can make it as strong (or not) as you need it to be. It only took six gallons to do the entire interior surface area of a 35,000-gallon pool. If you have a horrible, filthy, disgusting outdoor job that needs doing, this is what you need, period. It is a GODSEND.
