Where Not to Use: Do not use on creeping bentgrass, St. Augustinegrass (including Floratam), dichondra, carpetgrass, or lippia lawns.

How Often to Use: Do not apply more than twice a year.
How To Use
- Prep the Lawn: Give your grass a quick trim a day or two before you apply.
- Dampen, Don't Drench: Apply on a morning when there's heavy dew, or give the lawn a light sprinkle with the hose. The granules need to stick to the weed leaves to work their magic.
- Load Up: Fill up your Scotts spreader and dial in the right setting.
- Get Spreading: Walk at a steady pace and make even passes across your lawn.
- Clean Sweep: Use a broom or leaf blower to get any stray granules off your driveway and sidewalk and back onto the grass where they belong.
Note: Weed stems and leaves will begin to twist and curl in a few days, but a month or more may be required for complete control.

Watering Tips
Give it a day to work its magic. Hold off on watering for at least 24 hours after you apply. You want to let the product stick to the weeds, not get washed away. Also, check the forecast—it's best to apply when there's no rain expected the next day.
Product Tips
- Timing is Everything: Apply in the fall when weeds are actively growing and daytime temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 90°F.
- Mow First: Mowing a day or two before you apply helps the product reach the weeds more easily.
- Leave it Be: Don't mow for at least 24 hours after application.
Product Safety
- Kids & Pets: It's best to have the lawn to yourself while you apply. Do not allow people or pets to enter the treated area until dusts have settled.
- Gear Up: We recommend wearing a long-sleeved shirt, pants, and gloves.
- Wash Up: After you're done, wash your hands thoroughly.
