1. Fill the Jar: If you're using the included starter pack, it's already pre-filled for you! Just remove the plastic seal before you use it. To refill, just pour your favorite Miracle-Gro Water Soluble Plant Food into the jar using the coverage lines on the front label to add just the right amount.
2. Connect to Your Hose: Attach the feeder to your garden hose and turn on the water.
3. Feed and Water: Squeeze the trigger. The feeder will automatically mix the plant food with the water. Once the jar is full of water, the sprayer will engage and start feeding plants.

You're feeding and watering at the same time, so just water as you normally would, making sure to soak the soil at the base of your plants.

• Know Your Coverage: The 1 lb. starter pack of plant food that's included will feed about 400 sq. ft. of your garden in about 10-12 minutes.
• Clean it Out: After you're done feeding, be sure to rinse out the feeder jar before you store it.
