How Often to Use: Add it to the water every single time you top off your tree stand to keep it consistently hydrated and happy.

For the freshest tree, give the trunk a fresh cut, taking about a half-inch off the bottom before you place it in the stand. Then simply add 1 capful of Miracle-Gro for Christmas Trees to every quart of water you add to your stand. It’s that easy!

Your tree is extra thirsty when you first bring it home, so check the water level daily for the first week. Always make sure the bottom of the trunk is submerged in water so it can keep drinking. Placing your tree away from heat sources like vents or fireplaces will also help it stay fresh.
