How to Use
- Connect sprayer to hose
Turn on water
Push tab on applicator to ON position
Spray evenly over lawn
When and Where to Use
Where Not to Use
- Do not apply to Carpetgrass; Dichondra; Lippia; Gardens including vegetables, fruit trees, vines and berries; Ornamental plants (flowers, trees, groundcovers, landscape beds and shrubs); Seashore paspalum; Turfgrass types that are not listed on the label.
Where to Use
- For use only on home lawns, including St. Augustine (including Floratam); Bermudagrass (common and hybrid); Centipedegrass; Zoysiagrass; Buffalograss; Bahiagrass; Kentucky bluegrass; Ryegrass, Tall fescue; Fine Fescue; Bentgrasses
When to Apply
- Apply this product when weeds are small and actively growing in the spring and fall.
Apply when daytime temperatures are below 90°F
How Often to Apply
- Allow at least 30 day intervals between applications. The maximum number of broadcast applications is 2 per year.

Great Product for Saint Augustine Grass
The reviews indicate that individuals are not knowledgeable about their grass types. I possess genuine Saint Augustine grass, and this product is highly effective. While there are a few minor yellow patches, they result from dead weeds in my lawn, which is a positive sign. Previously, I employed a professional weed service, but they failed to resolve my weed issues. Since discovering this product, it has become my sole choice. It is an excellent product, and my lawn appears remarkable. Thank you!

GOOD ESULTS
I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR SEVERAL YEARS WITH VERY GOOD RESULTS.
I WAS VERY CAREFUL TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTION, APPLIED ONLY WHEN TEMPERATURE DID NOT GO OVER 80 DEG. SAW RESULTS IN TWO WEEKS

Excellent product fast and effective
I live in a bay front home in Florida where the winds can bring all sorts of weed seeds to my lawn. This flavor of Ortho weed b gon has terminated all the weed challenges so far quickly without hurting my grass.

Takes a while to work.
April, 2022, Temp = 65 degrees when applied, trying to kill dollar weed, clover, and pre-emergent buttonweed. It took a week to show any effects on the dollarweed, it did start to turn yellow before I had to cut the grass. Clover seemed to take longer, but it was showing some effect. Will not know about the buttonweed until maybe later May. May spray a second time.

Turned grass yellow in patches
It turn my grass yellow, next time I will just use the grained solution that you spread on the ground I don't think the grass is dead at least I hope not, but please do not use the liquid.

New style spray head is horrible
I just sprayed this on my yard, so cannot speak to the effectiveness of the weed killer yet. The new style spray end is horrible though. There is no directing it, it just sprays in a wild 360 degree sloppy pattern. What was wrong with the old style sprayer? You could at least direct it where you wanted it to go, and it came out in a much steadier stream/fan pattern. And, its not just a chance defective spray bottle, I got some ortho products last fall with this same style sprayer and had the same results.

Killed the lawn from
Killed desirable St Augustine grass.
I used this product for St Augustine, the one with the purple label. After a few days I had yellowing and then after three weeks about half of my lawn is dead, it won’t come back dead! I used this same product last year and had reasonable results.
I applied to my backyard and sides. Fortunately I did not apply to the very front so I still have a full lawn there. Unfortunately, I think half of my back is a tot loss.

Do not use this product! Not safe on St. Augustine grass. Followed instructions and applied on beautiful St. Augustine lawn for dollar weeds. Read all reviews. Will not ever use ORTHO products in the future. Is NOT safe on grass. Killed my lawn. Waste of money and should be taken off the market,
