The Best
I started using Three in One a couple of years ago and it has been the best fertilizer that I have ever used.

Works as advertised will be amazed.
First product that i have used that is a true post and pre emergent that works when weeds were active. Actually performs as a 3 in one triple action as advertised. Will be amazed when the weeds are gone and grass takes over as any yard owner wants.

This product worked better than I expected
I live in Southeastern North Carolina in a community where our HOA dues pays for the lawn maintenance. Whatever the product is the lawn maintenance company uses, in my opinion, is the cheapest they can buy in bulk and does little to nothing to our lawns. So, after doing some research, I decided to try Scott's Turf Builder Southern Triple Action for Zoysia, which is what we have.
OMG!! I wish I had done this years ago. Our lawn is now the thickest and greenest it has ever been. An AMAZING product. Thank you Scott's

Scott's Program for Warm Season Grass
First time user of this product. I'm trying to get my Bermuda lawn to my liking. I scarified my lawn around the 15th of April and applied Scott's feed with Crabgrass control.. April 28 I applied Scott's Triole Action at specified rate. Watered in after 24 hours and as of May 2nd I have a weed free and rapid growth in void spots left from scarfing and winter damage. My lawn is headed toward my vision. I'm pleased so far.

Excellent product
After looking at alternate products, I ended up buying the Triple Action Weed and Feed.
1 reason was I have pets and Weedx required a longer wait period before they could go out. This product didn't disappoint. Augusta Green grass, fewer weeds. Very happy with the outcome. 1-2 weeks for it to work. I'm in south Florida with St Augustine Grass. Applied 4-5-2025
