Keep mice from getting inside. This pesticide-free insulating foam sealant blocks rodents, expanding to fill gaps and cracks with a long-lasting, airtight bond to most building materials. Use it inside or outside to seal off the entry points rodents rely on.
Key Features
- SPECIFICALLY FORMULATED TO BLOCK MICE: An insulating foam sealant engineered to expand into gaps and cracks, forming a long-lasting barrier rodents can't get through
- LONG LASTING & PESTICIDE-FREE: Works as a physical barrier rather not a rodent control, forming a cured bond that holds up over time without needing to be reapplied
- INSIDE & OUTSIDE RODENT BARRIER: Can be used both indoors and outdoors to seal the gaps and cracks rodents use to enter a structure

Where Not to Use: Do not use it to fill closed cavities or voids. This product is not for use in aviation, in food or beverage contact applications, or as structural support in marine applications.
When to Use: Use whenever you find cracks or crevices inside and outside your house, including the garage and attic, that are large enough for a mouse to access or as soon as you see a rodent or signs of one.
How Often to Use: This bottle is restartable for up to four weeks after first use, though restarting is not guaranteed to work.
How To Use
- SHAKE: Shake vigorously for a minimum of 60 seconds before use.
- ATTACH STRAW & APPLY: Firmly screw the straw onto the valve, then dispense foam slowly. Fill gaps less than 50% full; the foam will continue to expand. Mist with water to speed curing.
- FINISH: When done, bend the straw back and press the tip fully over the seal on the back of the trigger.
- REUSE (OPTIONAL): To reuse the straw, cut off and discard the tip containing cured foam near the end of the straw, then bend the straw back to a straight position and spray foam again.
Product Tips
- Trim overfilled gaps with a serrated blade once the foam has cured.
- Tacky foam on solid surfaces dissolves with acetone.
- Foam on skin or once cured must be mechanically removed or allowed to wear off over time.
- Cure rate depends on temperature, humidity, and the size of the foam bed.
- Cold temperatures adversely affect performance.
Product Safety
- Keep away from children and pets.
- The foam is extremely sticky. Use protection to avoid all contact with skin and eyes, such as gloves and safety glasses. Protect surfaces and use ventilation or proper respiratory protection.
- This product is a flammable gas, and the contents are under pressure. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame; do not smoke, and extinguish all flames and pilot lights during use and until all vapors are gone. Do not puncture or incinerate the can, or expose it to temperatures over 120°F.
- Cured foam may present a fire hazard if exposed to a flame or temperatures above 240°F.
