How to Use

Apply these products using a Scotts® Spreader at the recommended setting on the label (settings vary by product). For an even application, walk at a steady pace slightly overlapping each each pass.

• EARLY SPRING: Apply Scotts® Turf Builder® Halts® Crabgrass Preventer with Lawn Food before your 3rd or 4th mowing when temperatures are regularly in the 80s. Apply to a dry lawn.
• LATE SPRING: Apply Scotts® Turf Builder® Weed and Feed₅ when weeds are actively growing and daytime temperatures are between 60°F and 90°F. For Bahiagrass and Centipedegrass lawns, apply in mid-April or later and after the 3rd mowing. Make sure the grass is wet from dew or a light watering before applying. Mow tall grass a day or two before application. Do not apply if rain is expected in 24 hours.
• SUMMER: Apply Scotts® Turf Builder® SummerGuard® Lawn Food with Insect Control to a dry lawn. Water-in product after application.
• FALL: Apply Scotts® Turf Builder® WinterGuard® Fall Weed & Feed₅ when weeds are actively growing and daytime temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 90°F. For Centipedegrass lawns, apply before September 1st. For Bahiagrass lawns, apply before November 1st. Make sure grass is wet from dew or light watering before applying. Mow tall grass a day or two before application. Do not apply if rain is expected in 24 hours.

Where Not to Use

• Do not use this bundle on Creeping Bentgrass, St. Augustinegrass (including Floratam), Dichondra, Carpetgrass or Lippia lawns.
• Do use on flowers, shrubs, fruit, or vegetable plants.

Watering Tips
