When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 4 business days for processing. After processing is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
What shipping options are available?
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
Note: Shipping time frames include order processing time.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is available for all orders with a subtotal of $99 or more. You can mix and match products from any of our brands to reach the free shipping threshold.
If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, the following options are available:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99
- Express Shipping: $19.99
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. Once your order has been submitted to our fulfilment center for shipment, it can no longer be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
What is your return policy?
AeroGarden:
- We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase if you are unhappy with a product for any reason.
All other brands:
- We accept returns of unopened product for any reason.
Note: We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method to help ensure a smooth return processes. To initiate a return, please contact us.

Note: All subscription orders must be placed using a credit card, which will be saved as the default payment method for future subscription renewals.
My order says "delivered" but I haven’t received it.
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:
- Double-check with household members or neighbors.
- Allow up to 24 hours, as packages may be marked delivered slightly ahead of actual delivery.
- If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
My order was lost in transit, or it arrived with a missing, incorrect, or damaged item.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship to addresses within the contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses, or military addresses (including APO/FPO boxes).
