Such a simple salad, that is so tasty and refreshing, which is always a fan favorite. Better yet, most of the ingredients can be grown in your AeroGardens!

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups heirloom cherry tomatoes ,from your AeroGarden
• 7 tablespoons +/- extra-virgin olive oil
• Flaky sea salt
• 8 ounces mozzarella, torn into pieces
• Coarsely ground black pepper
• 1/2 Cup Basil, from your Aerogarden
• Toasted bread (for serving)

PREPARATION

1. Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 Tbsp. oil in a small bowl.
2. Arrange tomato slices and mozzarella on a platter, slightly overlapping; season generously with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and let stand 30 minutes to let flavors meld and release juices from tomatoes and mozzarella.
3. Top the salad with basil and additional salt and oil, if desired. Serve with bread alongside.
