Can I use my PO box on the rebate submission form?
The physical address is required for verification and fraud prevention but the rebate check will be mailed directly to the PO Box.
How long does it take to receive payment or confirmation for my rebate?
Checks are mailed approximately 60 days after a proper request and all materials are received. You should receive a submission confirmation email within 1 hour of an online filing.
What if I used a coupon or discount?
We will honor rebates even if the product was purchased using a coupon, discount, or other offer.
How do I know if the purchase location qualifies as an Independent Hardware Store or Garden Center?
Rule of Thumb: If the name includes "Hardware," "Nursery," or "Garden Center" and is a local business, it qualifies. National chains and department stores do not count as independent retailers.
