It’s simple to get started:

1. Make a Quick Switch: Remove the grow deck from your AeroGarden unit and replace it with the Seed Starter Tray.
2. Fill Up the Tray: Place the grow sponges into the cells of the Seed Starter Tray.
3. Add Your Seeds: Add one or two of your favorite seeds to each sponge.
4. Get Ready to Grow: Add water and plant food to the reservoir. It might take a little patience, but soon you'll see green sprouts!

Your seedlings will be ready to move to their outdoor home when they are 2-3 inches tall and have a strong root system. To transplant, gently remove the grow sponges from the tray and plant them directly into your garden or pots. The sponges will help protect the young roots and minimize transplant shock.
