From mycology to ecology to forestry, Tera, a senior scientist with a Ph.D., is no stranger to taking inputs and formulating them into something that is even better than the parts. At ScottsMiracle-Gro, Tera is a part of the innovation engine that is constantly shifting what we do every three to six months. The result leads to better, more efficient ways to grow plants.
Tera has the flexibility to go learn that new thing, especially if it applies to what we’re already focusing on in R&D and marketing. And she wouldn’t have it any other way.
