We were once again recognized by the Columbus Young Professionals Club as a Wonderful Workplace for Young Professionals in 2019.
Since 2013, the Columbus Young Professionals Club has chosen central Ohio companies for this award based on four criteria:
- Coolness (Attraction)
- Stickiness (Young professional retention)
- Community impact
- Growth opportunities
A large number of central Ohio companies applied, and we were one of 40 companies selected in 2019. This marks the third year we have received the award, which was accepted by members of our Scotts Young Professionals employee resource group.
